The Thai word Sabai means relaxed, precisely the way you will feel when you dine or have a drink with us.  We are a family run business and are always at hand to make your night out as enjoyable as one might expect in the Land of Smiles.

Sabai Thai Gastrobar is conveniently situated in the centre of Brighton, adjacent to the historical Royal Pavilion Gardens and close to all the theatres including The Dome and Theatre Royal.  You will be transported to the beach bars of Samui or the contemporary restaurants of Bangkok.

Choose from our extensive menu of unique Sabai dishes, accompanied by a fine bottle of wine locally supplied by St Martin Vintners. Or sit back and enjoy a cocktail or Thai beer in our cushioned area and imagine you are in Thailand.

Your gastronomic experience is made complete with fresh, authentic ingredients (some of which are grown by our family back in Thailand) and stylish, genuine Thai surroundings with Thai furniture and art decorating Sabai Thai Gastrobar. Painted in Bangkok by Thai artists, you can choose from a selection of fine art on our walls or have a piece made to order.
